May 1st is International Workers’ Day, and this May Day, we want to share our love and gratitude for workers at UofT! 💖 We will be showing our appreciation with thank you cards, chocolate, and balloons for UofT food service workers, administrative staff, caretakers, library workers, and the many more whom we rely on every day on campus. Join us in the Sid Smith lobby at 1:00 pm, after which we will talk to workers around campus and recognize all the amazing work they do!

Everyone is welcome!

***Accessibility Notes***
The event has two distance options to accommodate different preferences!

1) One option involves visiting various buildings around the St George campus. A map of the route will be posted shortly and our aim is to make the route and pace as accommodating as possible.

2) The other option involves talking with workers at and around Sid Smith. A breakdown of the various spots will also be provided shortly!

Sid Smith has two main entrances on St George and Huron Streets. Both entrances are on raised patios reached by stairs and have powered doors. Only the Huron St entrance has a ramp which is located under the awning to the left of the stairs. All-gender, single-stall, accessible washrooms are available on the first and second floors (1F: Room 1060; 2F: Room 2015 & 2031)
