Despite the setback with Doug Ford’s Bill 47, our movement protected modest but important gains for workers. Now, Bill 66 threatens to cut important workplace regulations. As our labour laws rapidly change in Ontario, we want to make sure UofT students and campus members are aware of their rights under the Employment Standards Act and Labour Relations Act. Knowing our rights in the workplace is just one step we can take to collectively advocate for changes in our labour conditions!

You will leave this workshop having a deeper understanding of Ontario's labour legislations, how you can address workplace violations, and apply what you've learned in small group case scenarios.

Join us on Thursday February 7th from 6-8 pm at the Workers' Action Centre (720 Spadina Ave Suite 223). Bring your friends, coworkers, and classmates!

There will be snacks and beverages. The workshop space is also accessible.
