On Friday we received the tragic news that a 4th temp agency worker has died at a Fiera Foods related bakery. This is the same food processing company where 3 temp agency workers previously lost their lives, prompting an undercover investigation by Toronto Star's Sara Mojtehedzadeh. (source: Toronto Star) We send our deepest condolences to the family, friends and co-workers of the deceased. 

Very close to the location of the plant where this worker was killed, we're calling for a community vigil. Please join us on Monday at 5:30pm, by the intersection of Keele St and York Blvd (main entrance of York University). Please bring candles and flowers with you if possible.
