With the Ontario Legislative Assembly back in action, there's even more opportunity to demand Premier Ford take action to protect workers. Premier Ford should enact the regulation for section 83(4) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

We also need to be ready to demand the new federal government make good on their promise to implement a $15 federal minimum wage in 2020, to protect and extend the changes we won under the Canada Labour Code.
