On April 4, we’re getting out on our campuses and in our communities to talk about Ontario’s new equal pay law. We know existing pay gaps disproportionately impact women, workers of colour, immigrant workers, indigenous workers, and workers with disabilities. When we stand up for equal pay, we’re standing up for equity and an end to discrimination in the workplace!
