Join community members and Durham Region Labour Council as we participate in Ajax as part of an Ontario-wide Day of Action on Saturday, September 15. A $15 minimum wage is 15 weeks away on September 15th!

The big business lobby is trying to stop the $15 minimum wage that is coming on January 1, 2019 along with other rights recently gained! Let's talk to our fellow workers and community members in Ajax to let them know what is at stake with our new rights at work. We will also let them know how they can get involved to help protect our rights! Join us for an information session and outreach blitz in the community to tell Premier Doug Ford and MPP Rod Phillips: hands off our rights! 

We will meet outside Starbucks in Chapters for 1pm.
